Faro Airport Transfers 4U is operated by Forever Algarve, Unipessoal Lda., a Portuguese company registered under NIPC 518627128 and RNAVT 12513, with our office based in the Albufeira Marina area, Algarve, Portugal.

Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website or by phone.

Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the requested transfer time. If you require a transfer within 24 hours, please contact us by phone.

The same terms and responsibilities apply to all bookings, whether made online or by telephone.

In some cases, we may need to re-confirm your booking. Please quote your reservation number in all communications with us.

Last-minute amendments are always subject to availability.

Bookings made within 24 hours of departure may require payment online in advance.

 

Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

The lead passenger is responsible for the full payment of the reservation. The lead passenger is the person named on the booking form.

Where cash payment is accepted, drivers are authorised to accept euros only.

Our online payment system may also allow payment by card or other approved online methods.

 

Out of Hours Supplement

Pick-ups between 23:00 and 06:00 may be subject to an additional charge.

Where this applies, the client will be informed in advance before the day of transfer.

 

Changes and Cancellations

Changes to bookings should be requested as early as possible and are subject to availability.

Any request to amend or cancel a booking must be made by email or by contacting our office directly.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows at the airport or agreed pick-up point without prior notification may be charged in full.

 

Insurance and Service Commitment

Forever Algarve, Unipessoal Lda. operates in accordance with Portuguese law and holds the licences and registrations required for its services, including RNAVT 12513.

Passengers are transported in properly licensed and insured vehicles in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide the booked transfer, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange suitable replacement transport.

 

Passenger Transfers To and From Faro Airport

We reserve the right to refuse carriage to any client who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive or inappropriate.

Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. Food and alcohol may not be consumed during the journey, with the exception of water.

We make every effort to meet all pre-arranged pick-up points and collection times. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, road incidents or other unforeseen events.

Clients are asked to allow a margin of 15 minutes in the event that the vehicle does not arrive exactly at the scheduled pick-up time.

Where possible, we will contact you if there is an unforeseen delay.

We reserve the right to depart from the agreed pick-up point 15 minutes after the scheduled time if no member of the party has contacted the driver or our office.

In the case of airport delays, clients should contact our office as soon as possible so that suitable arrangements can be made.

 

Child Seats

All children must use an age-appropriate child seat where required by law.

Children aged 12 and over, or children at least 135 cm tall, do not require a child seat.

We reserve the right to refuse transportation if child seat requirements were not disclosed at the time of booking.

All children and infants count as individual passengers and must be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking.

 

Luggage

Each passenger may bring one standard-sized suitcase and one item of hand luggage.

Any additional luggage, including golf clubs, surfboards, bicycles, wheelchairs or other oversized items, must be declared at the time of booking.

Large or bulky items may require a larger vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse undeclared items that cannot be safely accommodated.

Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the passenger at all times. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit unless required by law.

 

Assignment

You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.

We may transfer our rights or obligations under these terms where reasonably necessary.

 

Validity of Agreement

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us in writing with full details of the issue.

Complaints will be handled in accordance with Portuguese law.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services or these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

If you are in need of dedicated and tailored wheelchair support, either coming on holiday, or resident visiting friends, family, restaurants, or appointments, our specially adapted van is fitted with a hydraulic lift to assist your comfort and security when getting aboard. We have 4 way anchor points and a dedicated seatbelts.

No more holding on by your fingertips while getting pushed up a ramp. Wheel on and leave the rest to us!

We could accommodate two wheelers if needed.
